Bio:
Since the early 1980s, Gen Ken Montgomery has been finding novel ways to work with sound, and to deliver it to a public in compelling ways: from doing sound performances in the darkness, to setting up octophonic audio installations, to enhancing the sounds of machinery whose primary function is unrelated to the sounds they produce. He is the founder of Generator, originally a sound gallery and performance space, and now a label and a platform for sound artists to produce their projects.
