Bio:
Richard Staub is an artist living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, who explores in his painting and sculpture notions of sadness, rising and falling, contained energy and essential methods of object and image making. His sculptural pieces often incorporate commonly found materials assembled through such actions as wrapping, sewing, winding, tying, bundling and knotting.
