Bio:
Aaron Seeto is former curator of Gallery 4A, Asia-Australia Arts Centre, is also a practicing contemporary artist. He is the recipient of the Bachelor of Creative Arts Faculty Scholarship (University of Wollongong), the Emerging Artist New Work- Australia Council Grant, the University Medal (University of Wollongong), Emerging Artist Prize (Gosford Regional Gallery) and the National Tertiary Art Prize (First Prize –photographic section). Aaron has been an active participant in many contemporary art conferences and forums. His recent participations include: chairing the 'On Not Speaking Chinese', panel discussion for Asian Traffic Conference (College of Fine Arts, UNSW), chairing 'Discussion Island' (Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney) and guest lecturer at the University of Wollongong. Currently, Aaron is an artist-in-residence the ISCP in New York City.
