Bio:
Lisa OppenheimÂ’s (New York, 1975) still and moving image workhas been exhibited most recently in the Liverpool Biennial, StuartShave|Modern Art in London, the Fries Museum and Galerie Juliette Jongma inthe Netherlands, and Galerie Chez Valentine in Paris. She received an MFAfrom Bard College (MFA 2001) and a BA from Brown University (BA 1998) andwas a 2002-2003 participant of the Whitney MuseumÂ’s Independent Studyprogram. She was also a resident artist at the Rijksakademie van beeldendekunsten in Amsterdam from 2004-2005. She currently lives and works in NewYork City and teaches in the Cinema Department at SUNY Binghamton.
